When a parent or guardian registers a player through LeagueApps, LeagueApps collects information such as the player's name and date of birth, parent/guardian name and contact information, emergency contact information, team or roster assignment, and payment or billing details. This information is collected, stored, and processed by LeagueApps in accordance with LeagueApps' own privacy policy. Tampa Mustangs Fastpitch, LLC receives from LeagueApps only the registration and roster information reasonably necessary to operate our teams and programs.

2. How We Use Information

We use the registration and payment information described above to:

• Administer player registration, team assignments, and payment processing through LeagueApps;
• Communicate with parents/guardians about teams, schedules, and program logistics; and
• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal requests.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We work with LeagueApps as our third-party service provider to handle player/team registration, roster management, and payment processing. LeagueApps collects and processes information subject to its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the privacy practices of LeagueApps or other third-party service providers.

4. Sharing of Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share personal information only with the third-party service providers described above as necessary to operate the Site and our programs, when required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, to protect the rights, property, or safety of Tampa Mustangs Fastpitch, LLC, our members, or others, or with your consent.

5. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for parents, guardians, and the general public, and is not directed to children under the age of 13. Registration information for youth athletes is submitted by a parent or guardian through LeagueApps, not by the child directly on the Site.
